.harder and .easier are fully configurable.

• difficulty_vote_step sets the AutoDiff shift per passed vote; the announced default is 0.20★.
• difficulty_vote_max_steps sets how many temporary shifts can stack; the announced default is 3.
• The default total limit remains ±0.60★. For example, 0.15★ × 5 steps allows ±0.75★.

Admins can change these live:

• .set difficultyvotestep <0.05-0.50>
• .set difficultyvotecap <0-20>

Room JSON hot-reloads safe settings about every two seconds, without .softrestart after editing pool filters, timing, vote settings or AI settings. OAuth, database and Discord bot-token changes still require a normal bot restart.
